“የሕግ ባለሙያዎች ለሰብዓዊ መብቶች” የ2016 ዓ.ም. በጀት አመት 6ኛ መደበኛ ጠቅላላ ጉባኤውን አካሄደ!!

ድርጅቱ በ2016 ዓ.ም. የ6ኛ መደበኛ ጠቅላላ ጉባዔው ከ90% በላይ አባላቱ በተገኙበት ዝርዝር የማህበሩን ስራዎች በጥልቀትገምግሟል:: ከዚህም በመነሳት ድርጅቱ በቀጣይ ዓመታት ሊከተላቸው የሚገባቸውን አቅጣጫዎች አስቀምጧል። ከዚህምበተጨማሪ ጉባኤው የድርጅቱን የ2016 ዓ.ም. ኦዲት ሪፖርት እንዲሁም የ2017 ዓ.ም የበጀት ዓመት የስራ እና የበጀት እቅዶች ላይ በጥልቀት በመወያየት አስፈላጊውን ማሻሻያዎች በማድረግ አፅድቋል::
እንደዚሁም በድርጅቱ መተዳደሪያ ደንብ መሠረት የሥራ ጊዜያቸዉን የጨረሱ የጠቅላላ ጉባኤ እና የስራ አመራር ቦርድ አባላትንአስመልክቶ ገሚሶቹ ለተጨማሪ አንድ የስራ ዘመን እንዲያገለግሉ፣ በተወሰኑት አመራር አባላት ምትክ ደግሞ አዳዲስ የአመራርአባላትን መርጧል። በመጨረሻም የድርጅቱ ጠቅላላ ጉባኤ አባል ለመሆን በቀረቡ አዳዲስ ማመልከቻዎች ላይ ተነጋግሮ ሁሉምአመልካቾች የድርጅቱ አባል ለመሆን ያቀረቡትን ማመልከቻዎች ተቀብሏል።
የዚህ ዓመት ጉባዔ በአባላቱ መካከል የበለጠ ግንኙነትን እና ትብብርን ለመፍጠር በሚያስችል መልኩ የማህበሩን አባላት ያሰባሰበሆኖ ነው ያለፈው።

“Lawyers for Human Rights” held its 6th Regular General Assembly Meeting for the 2016 Fiscal Year.

At its 6th Annual General Assembly, the Association thoroughly reviewed its activities with the participation of over 90% of its members. Based on this, the organization has outlined the strategic directions it will pursue in the year ahead.
During the session, the association’s 2016 auditor report was presented by external auditor, reviewed and endorsed by the members. Additionally, the 2017 activity plan and budget were discussed and approved by the assembly. In line with the organization’s bylaws, the General Assembly re-elected certain board members and the General Assembly leader with an ending term for an additional term, while others were elected as replacements. In conclusion, the General Assembly reviewed the new membership applications, and all applicants were approved as members of the organization.
This year’s assembly aimed to foster greater connection and collaboration among its members, creating a more engaging and inclusive environment for the community.
