ድርጅታችን ‘የህግ ባለሙያዎች ለሰብአዊ መብቶች’ በአገራችን ተግባራዊ ይደረጋል በሚል እንቅስቃሴ የተደረገበት ካለው የሽግግርፍትህ ጋር በተያያዘ በፖሊሲ ሰነድ ዝግጅቱ ላይ በተናጠል እና ከሌሎች ሲቪል ማህበራት ጋር በጋራ በመሆን ምክረ ሃሳቦችንበማቅረብ በንቃት ሲሳተፍ የቆይ ከመሆኑም በላይ ለተግባራዊነቱም መደላደል የሚሆኑ ስራዎችን በመስራት ላይ ይገኛል። አሁንምየሽግግር ፍትህ ፖሊሲ ሰነዱ በቅርቡ ፀድቆ ስራ ላይ ሊውል እንደሆነ እየተነገረ ባለበት ደረጃ ድርጅታችን ከሌሎች ሲቪል ማህበራትጋር በጋራ በመሆን የፖሊሲ ሰነዱ ሊኖረው በሚገባው የመጨረሻ ይዘትና ቅርፅ ላይ አስተያየታችንን እንደሚከተለው አቅርበናል

Our organization, Lawyers for Human Rights, has been actively engaged by itself and in collaboration with other CSOs in the various consultation forums of the transitional justice policy alternatives and it has begun executing foundational activities that would support the process. As we are approaching to the adoption of the policy by the government, we have joined with other civil society organizations to present our collective views on the content and structure of the first draft policy on transitional justice.
